I was offered water and snacks while waiting in the lobby. After presenting herself and understanding that I wanted a Rogue, Lisa showed me all there is to know about the compact SUV. Did you know that Nissan has such a thing as ProPilot Assist? Nontheless, I didn't get it but that was intriguing. Ali was helpful as well. He helped me with all the financing despite having a lot on his plate. The only thing that you may find difficult with the dealership, is getting a hold of someone on the phone. That is due to the volume of clients they receive. If there's one thing that I tremendously appreciate, was how Lisa took the time out of her day and busy schedule to send me a surprise. Her branding is unique which sets her apart. In a way, it also shows that she cares about you and not just closing a deal. She remembers little details from your conversations, which shows that she's attentive and listens. She has a great sense of humour as well.
