Went to Hunt Club Nissan for regularly scheduled service. As usual, I was met with a friendly smile which is a nice way to start off an appointment. Booked an appt for rattling sound under hood and 60K maintenance. Following maintenance, dealership called and advised that I needed new wiper blades, in-cabin filter and wheel alignment. When I picked up the vehicle, I asked about the rattling sound and was advised that I would have to book a separate appointment to include a test drive. I was also advised that the rear brake status was "red" due to wear, something that I should have been informed about during the phone call, with the option of having them replaced. Now I will need to waste additional time by booking and attending a second appointment. Not the first time I've been dissatisfied with this service department but it will be the last. More
