Cory and Dawn in the service department are very professional and courteous. Can not understand that every time I get my all season and winter tires changed they are improperly inflated. Just had them done on Tuesday and after driving away noticed that they were inflated to 39psi. I returned to the dealer and a different service rep said that was normal and he always had that setting on his car. I explained that the Rogue display as well as the info on the door said it should be set at 33psi. More

I was not impressed with this dealership, do not feel satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Starting with an insulting first offer on their part, and salesperson who didn’t seem to know how satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Starting with an insulting first offer on their part, and salesperson who didn’t seem to know how tax was calculated. They seemed taken aback that I knew the value of my trade and their vehicle. When deal was made over the phone the next day, certain details were left out and came as a surprise when picking up the vehicle. Plating fees when I had my own plates, and no extra key included. Finance did rectify the plating issue. Had to chase dealership for information on several occasions for days before pick up. Had raised concern about paint chip at initial visit and was told it would be detailed and that would be taken care of upon sale. It was not touched up and salesperson let on he knew nothing about it. After plate change over on day of pick up I was basically handed one key and left on my own to go find the vehicle. No info about car, no one saw me out. I had to flag the salesman down to discuss paint chip when he came to move my trade in. Left there feeling like this was the worst car buying experience yet. More
