This dealership and the service department are the best I’ve ever dealt with in over 30 years of visiting various brands of vehicles and in my opinion the best Nissan/Infiniti dealership in Ottawa. In my observations, they seem to be kind and caring staff. I’ve dealt a lot with the Parts department and Medhi is excellent as well. I was referred to this dealership by my father who raves about the service Manager Pete Lavictoire. I was stressing about getting my brand new truck checked out. Thought they would charge me for labor to check on it even though it's well under warranty. (Only14k kms on it). I service both of my cars at Hunt Club Nissan and I don't even own a Nissan (used to). I've been doing this for over 7 years. I never had a single bad experience at the service or parts departments of this even own a Nissan (used to). I've been doing this for over 7 years. I've ordered parts (breaks, tires, batteries) for my Volvo and VW cars and had them installed completely hassle free. There is low turnover in the service advisors staff. A positive indicator of a good work environment and important in establishing good relationships with clients. The pleasant waiting area and complementary car wash top off an excellent experience. Service rates used to be very reasonable but I've noticed rapid increases in the last couple of years. Hopefully this will not become an issue going forward. More
