I was not impressed with this dealership, do not feel satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Starting with an insulting first offer on their part, and salesperson who didn’t seem to know how satisfied with my experience from start to finish. Starting with an insulting first offer on their part, and salesperson who didn’t seem to know how tax was calculated. They seemed taken aback that I knew the value of my trade and their vehicle. When deal was made over the phone the next day, certain details were left out and came as a surprise when picking up the vehicle. Plating fees when I had my own plates, and no extra key included. Finance did rectify the plating issue. Had to chase dealership for information on several occasions for days before pick up. Had raised concern about paint chip at initial visit and was told it would be detailed and that would be taken care of upon sale. It was not touched up and salesperson let on he knew nothing about it. After plate change over on day of pick up I was basically handed one key and left on my own to go find the vehicle. No info about car, no one saw me out. I had to flag the salesman down to discuss paint chip when he came to move my trade in. Left there feeling like this was the worst car buying experience yet. Took my vehicle in for a 16K check and maintenance. As always, staff very prompt in bringing me into the service bay. Attentive, polite, explained the work that would be done ahead of time. I was charged for a diagnosis of a shifter that was getting stuck and found out that a diagnosis wasn’t performed and instead was quoted for a full assembly change. Since there could have been many cau getting stuck and found out that a diagnosis wasn’t performed and instead was quoted for a full assembly change. The charge was reversed after I pressed to u sweat and what diagnosis was actually performed. More
