The Sales Rep was very polite and helpful, but not too knowledgeable. When we asked for an English manual for our Frontier he only offered us an electronic version when a hard copy was available from Toro knowledgeable. Also, both our mat in the rear bed of the truck and the tool kit were missing form the truck when we came to pick up the truck. These items were in the truck when we did our test drive, so it appears Nissan did not take good care of the missing tool kit. We are still waiting for a new Operator Manual and tool kit from the dealer. On the plus side the Sales Rep has offered to deliver the missing items directly to our home , when received. More

Cory and Dawn in the service department are very professional and courteous. Can not understand that every time I get my all season and winter tires changed they are improperly inflated. Just had them done on Tuesday and after driving away noticed that they were inflated to 39psi. I returned to the dealer and a different service rep said that was normal and he always had that setting on his car. I explained that the Rogue display as well as the info on the door said it should be set at 33psi. More
