I Ended up with a vehicle I didn’t initially agree to because I was backed into a corner and pressured/ lied to. Charged 10K in extra fees that were not necessary/ needed. The entire experience has been horrible. 1-2 months later I had issues with the vehicle: brakes/shaking, car play, oil change due after 2 weeks of having it, shifting issues, clunking issues. the manager kept dismissing my issues (when I brought up my braking issue (September) he - a finance manager who knows nothing about vehicle maintenance decided to take it upon himself to test drive and then slam on my brakes after going 70km/hr to then tell me “nothings wrong with it” and that my mechanic boyfriend has no idea what he’s talking about). I called my warranty a few months later (February) to have some issues addressed only to find out my name wasn’t even attached to the warranty!!! AFTER 8 MONTHS FROM THE PURCHASE DATE. When i addressed issues to the new manager because the old one was fired (February) he said he would help me figure it all out and he was nice but truthfully he only really sent my vehicle off for over a month for simple repairs that didn’t warrant that long of a time away and then ended up doing a credit check *that I wasn’t thrilled about* to try and get me out of my current vehicle and into one I would be more happy with but that never went anywhere and I still have the same piece of xxxx vehicle I was scammed into. / * I didn’t want another vehicle with them, I wanted the massive headache of the current one to go away and be rectified.* I then had another dealership help me look into the vehicle sale more (June, 1 year after owning the vehicle) and they needed to contact my warranty, upon calling the warranty it still didn’t show that I had any on said vehicle. (It is now end of July and I JUST received a letter stating that my warranty is applied to my vehicle.) this other dealership also noted that house of cars lied and told the bank I have a higher class model vehicle (fully loaded) than the one I actually have (basic cloth) which has affects on the interest/ additional details of my loan. My paperwork also states on one page that it was not a rental vehicle and on another page states that it was. More

These guys are clowns, from what should have been concerning situation to them, mileage dispute from carfax, to a simple problem, missing key for the wheel nuts. Catalytic sensor was tied to the exhaust pipe, exhaust pipe tied to the frame, with bailing wire, to hold it in place, fell off day two. Rear suspension bushing are all blown out, engine lite came on, idle started dropping off at idle, stop lights ... Throttle body was caked with carbon, needed plugs, clips missing on the frontend body and a suspension issue as soon as I get these tiers off. What a joke More

I dealt with Kai, who was nothing but helpful and friendly, with a no-pressure sales attitude and plenty of patience. There were some repairs we agreed on before the sale and their service people got them done promptly. Half an hour after I paid and drove the thing off the lot, I got an engine light warning... and even though they weren't obliged to do anything at that point, when I showed back up at the dealership, Kai came back out and rode around with me trying to diagnose the problem (turned out to be a very common issue with the model, just a sticking parking break mechanism). I was kind of waiting for the other shoe to drop before leaving a review (to see if other problems developed with the truck), but after three months of driving it, outside of a quirk with the window controls developing that they pointed out before purchase, I'm nothing but pleased. It's weird seeing how negative some of the other reviews are, but, well, I had no such issues. All I can say is that it was a better experience than I was hoping for, and I had no qualms about recommending them to others. More

I purchased a vehicle June 2023! I immediately noticed that there were no back seat buckles!
