I just had my vehicle serviced at this location (they moved to 88 steeles) and I would NOT recommend servicing your vehicle here. Note that the below review is not directed specifically to a single perso moved to 88 steeles) and I would NOT recommend servicing your vehicle here. Note that the below review is not directed specifically to a single person, but at the location/management/overall atmosphere: 1) This location used to belong to Sisley Honda which was a great dealership. Pfaff took over last year and made the puzzling choice of combining their Honda & Acura franchise into one single existing facility. This means they have doubled the number of sales and service desks, but kept the same amount of bays, service parking lots, amenities (hardly any to begin with), etc etc. The feeling in and outside the dealership is of an absolutely crowded no frills grocery store. 2) I came in for a regular oil change on my Acura ILX and gave my car in at 10:45am. Even on a busy day, a regular oil change at any dealership should not take more than 90 minutes. I was told I should expect my car back at 2pm. Not wanting to just sit around for over 3 hours, I asked for a shuttle since my home was only 8 minutes away. They gave me an uber, which is good – and they told me they would get me an Uber back when the car was ready. I tried calling them at 2pm, 3pm & 4pm – no one picked up and in the off chance they picked up, they weren’t helpful. I finally decide to take my own Uber and get to the dealership at 4.45pm. I waited until 5:30pm to get my car back! That is almost 7 hours for a single regular oil change! 3) When I got my car and started driving out of the premises, I see the oil indicator coming on. I had to return back to the dealership and remind them that they forgot to reset my oil indicator. At this point, I’m doubting if they even bothered to change the oil in the first place! 4) Again I drove off and by the time I got home 8 minutes later, I see my TPMS light going off. I check and see that the drivers front side tire is almost flat. They had told me they would do complimentary checks which includes “topping off” my tire air pressure. I own a portable air compressor and I regularly check the pressure of my tires on a weekly basis, and I also bought 3 dozen BLACK valve caps from Amazon that I use in case I lose a valve cap. So this time when I check the tire, I see a SILVER valve cap which means they definitely tried to do a “complimentary air pressure top off” but only this time they were sloppy and they let almost all the air out! It could not have been me because I only own BLACK valve caps. I’m just glad there was no damage to my tire due to the flat. 5) They also said they would give me a “complimentary car wash” – which I checked in broad daylight and I can tell you that it is nothing but a glorified garden hose. I could clearly see large patches of dust on the roof and trunk of my car - and I even saw new micro scratches near the driver door handle. 6) They said they would provide “complimentary fluid top ups” so now I am worried and will be checking all the fluids in my car to make sure they didn’t screw anything else up. 7) They charged me $140 for the oil change on my vehicle. I completely understand the cost of business has risen post-pandemic. However – you charge MORE for the cars and the add-on’s, you charge MORE for the service, you TAKE AWAY amenities and space, you combine two franchises in a single existing location and its crowded up the wazoo - how is this OKAY? 8) This is NOT a one-off experience. Almost every customer in the service department was visibly and verbally exasperated – no matter if it was a Honda or Acura owner. Pfaff has taken over a well-run Sisley Honda location and turned it into a nightmare. Take any recent positive reviews since Pfaff took over with a GIANT BUCKET OF SALT. Conclusion – Avoid this location. I will strongly advise anyone I know in my social and familial circles to do so also. Find another dealership that doesn’t have the above red flags, or a trusted mechanic – or better yet, start doing your own oil changes! More

I had an appointment for just an oil change and a system update, I thought I'd be out of there in 1 - 1.5 hours tops. So I waited patiently. Good coffee btw. After 3 hours, I got my oil change for free. All this time Brendan was courteous and sympathetic. I'm hoping next service maintenance goes better cause I will return. More

Had the worst experience with Brandon, the service manager. He had absolutely no clue on how cars even work. You could tell he was itching to leave his shift - and guess what? He did without letting a manager. He had absolutely no clue on how cars even work. You could tell he was itching to leave his shift - and guess what? He did without letting any of his clients know! There were multiple customers waiting to hear back on timing. Lo and behold he had left for the day and we only had to find out from another worker. What a joke of a place this is. I’ve seen so many negative reviews about Brandon and I am surprised he still has a job here. More
Ordered new car in April 2022. Deposited $5000. Car expected to arrive in July, but as of October 17, still NO car. No communication ever initiated from Honda at all in 6 months Deposited $5000. Car expected to arrive in July, but as of October 17, still NO car. No communication ever initiated from Honda at all in 6 months. I had to contact Honda 4 times in Aug, Sept, Oct to try getting updates. Terrible communication & service. So I cancelled the sale. My guess is Honda sold my car to someone else. More
I ordered a 2023 Civic Type R from them. Put a deposit down. Sales person was great at first and advise will update when more details came (Pricing and rate details). Honda Canada has now Put a deposit down. Sales person was great at first and advise will update when more details came (Pricing and rate details). Honda Canada has now released the info…. No calls. Called, emailed and texted the sales person and emailed the sales Manager. All to no reply. Although I understand there is a high demand for the car and canceling my deposit will mean I will not be able to get one. But experiencing this at the early stage of the sales process just means a disaster down the road. My other friends that ordered from other GTA Honda stores knew about there allocation and what number they were as the dealer had good communication. Which this one lacks accountability. I was a referral from my brother in-law but after this I will be sure to let friends / family and coworker know to steer away if they are looking for a Honda. I am going to the dealer to get my refund today. If the experience change I will change the rating. More
I have had the strangest and most horrifying experience I would like to share. This morning when I came to start my four month-old leased car, I noticed something was wrong and after I took it to the servic would like to share. This morning when I came to start my four month-old leased car, I noticed something was wrong and after I took it to the service centre of the dealership I was told that a rat has entered the engine of my car, chewed some wires, chewed my air filter, and opened a gateway through the air filter and entered my car only to eat the bread crumbs that my toddler left in the car!!!! The rat has then proceeded to sit in the glove box, eat the bread crumbs, and leave my car!! I was presented with a $5000 bill to fix my car and no explanation as to how this could have happened. When I asked, I was told that we cannot control the nature and I completely understand that. What I don’t understand is how the car is built that a rat can simply chew its way inside my car. the technician kept telling me to call the manufacturer and check with them. I cannot comprehend how weak of an insulation my car must has that wildlife can easily enter inside my car. I cannot accept that this simply is how the cars are built because it is the first time ever that I have heard a rat can easily break in to a car. The technician was very unhelpful, very rude, and unsympathetic towards the horrible experience I’ve had. Who do I go to? Where do I take this complaint? There is no way I feel safe to take my toddler and 10-month-old into this car again. I live in a busy neighbourhood with a lot of houses and cars in Richmond Hill, and I drive my car every day and the fact that this happened and there is no one to answer to me is just not acceptable to me. I don’t want to pay for these repairs, and I absolutely don’t feel safe in this car anymore. More
When I came to Canada, my sister recommended me to go to Sisley Honda to get a new car since she has been using this dealer for a while and it is close to our house. The dealer that helped me to get the car Sisley Honda to get a new car since she has been using this dealer for a while and it is close to our house. The dealer that helped me to get the car was very good to me and very helpful. He did everything to get me a good deal. Later on, I got into an accident which was not my fault. The insurance of the guy who hit me paid everything for the fixing. After the accident a while, I came to this dealer since I wanted to change my leasing car to bigger car. They told me they would charge me 9000 CAD, which was the money that the insurance fixed my car. I did not agree with that because it was not my fault and insurance had fixed the car perfectly. Then they reduced it 7000 and 6000 and 4500CAD. Because of this issue, I did not change my car. One year passed by, I recently came to another Honda dealership to change my car. At the new dealership, they did not charge me anything for the accident that I had, they also told me that since I have extended warranty they gave me more credit for the new car. After knowing this, I felt like Sisley Honda is a cheater, dishonest dealership. They charged me for the accident and did not tell me that I had extended warranty which made my car more value on the market. They wanted to rip me off and get more money for them. I learned my lesson: DO NOT COME TO THIS DEALER AND BUY ANY CAR FROM THEM! More
