2015 Honda Civic I was misled by the price of the vehicle. I brokered the deal over the phone as I live 3hrs North of the dealership. We came to a 0% financing for a I was misled by the price of the vehicle. I brokered the deal over the phone as I live 3hrs North of the dealership. We came to a 0% financing for a new 2015 Honda Civic if my down payment was large enough. Turns out that this "down payment" was required to purchase the 0% and did not go towards the price of the vehicle. Why would I agree to this when Honda was already offering 1% financing. As the day was late and I was stuck in the city I purchase the vehicle out right on my AMEX. To top it off when I was looking over the interior of the vehicle the next day I noticed rust stains all over the ceiling. I did not catch on to this during my inspection at the dealership as by the time I got out of there is was dark outside. I notified the dealer right away. It has been over 5 months since I have purchase this vehicle and still I have not been able to resolve this issue. Very disappointed with the whole experience, this is not what purchasing a new vehicle should be like. More

Lakeshore Honda was able to get me the Car at a price that was not possible for my previous dealers with whom I had bought 4 cars before. Not only Lakeshore Honda gave me a good deal but also were able to deliver my white car in 2 days during the holiday seasons. I am very impressed with the Sales manager Patrick and Sales person Alain Tanti for getting the Car on time from their sources. I would recommend everyone to consider visiting them when you are shopping for cars. More

Feedback I figured out very quickly Alain was very new. He is very polite and professional, but made promises that could not be delivered. "For sure" I had to go to the Manager to find my vehicle after I was told it was an indefinite time to get vehicle. I was originally told 2-3 days. Manager found car very quick and had within a week or 10 days. Better than Indefinate. It was painful, I was hard on him!, I wanted to give him a chance., but in the end I felt like I should have dealt with the experienced guy who always helped me at Honda. Relying to much on email instead of picking up the phone. I understand email leaves a trail, but he could have followed up with a call. I had to chase him and call him. Other than I love my new vehicle. More
