Horrible Experience with Parts Department I don't usually even make the effort to review, let alone leave a negative review, but yesterday's experience was just something I had to warn everybo I don't usually even make the effort to review, let alone leave a negative review, but yesterday's experience was just something I had to warn everybody about. Our purchasing experience for a 2018 CHR was actually quite good. The negatives started with the Parts people. In August, I asked at the Parts Department whether they had access to WeatherTech floor matts for the car. I was told they were not carrying WeatherTechs but were carrying ones made by Toyota that were as good. They were available from Toyota, but had none in stock. Earlier this month (October), I again asked. Again I was told that they had none in stock but they were ordering a couple of sets made by Toyota because winter was approaching (I noted that this was very observant of them). I indicated to the counter person that I wanted to see them before purchasing one and whether they could let me know when they arrived. It was important for me to see the matts to confirm whether they were indeed as effective as the WeatherTechs. A couple weeks later they did arrive and I was contacted. When the box was opened, I was a bit disappointed since they did not appear to have the coverage I recalled the WeatherTechs had . I indicated this to the counterperson who convinced me to take them home and try them since the car wasn't there. We did try them in the car and I still felt coverage could have been better behind the pedals. I went on the WeatherTech site and sure enough, their matts were deeper... more bowl like. And they continued higher up behind the brake pedal I ordered them. When they arrived, there was no comparison. Yesterday I tried to return the matts to Henninger and received all kinds of reasons why I shouldn't use the WeatherTech matts. The most moronic one was that it might affect the warranty of the car. Oh really... I gasped. Yes. Then I was told the pedals might get caught in the WeatherTechs... and that's why there was no coverage for snow and other debris behind the brake pedal and accelerator on the Toyota matts. It was quite obvious to me the chances of have a pedal get caught in a laser measured flat matt was rather low. So I insisted on returning the Toyota matts. That's when I got hit with the 20% re-stocking charge, because, I was told the matts were ordered especially for me... and it was possible that NO ONE else would ask for the matts. Well Folks, if I were you, I wouldn't asking for those matts. Just get a proper set of WeatherTechs. And not at Heninger. More

So fa I recently purchased a 2017 Highlander Ltd. from Heninger Toyota. Their up front pricing proved to be the best among the dealers I approached. So far, the follow-up has been excellent! I have been dealing with Heninger with my 1997 4 Runner, 457000 km to date. I would recommend going in to see Patrick Delaney...he was up front, dealt with me fairly and followed up fast. More
