Bill was an excellent representation for Oceanside Chev. I enjoyed dealing with him. I also had a great experience dealing with Ashley in the finance department. However, I had a very bad experience when I had a conversation with Steve. He is the Sales Manager, I believe and he is the one who makes decisions on the deals. When I bought my car, I didn't haggle down the price AT ALL. I didn't make any special requests or try to get a better deal. When I approached Steve on an issue with a blown back speaker, he was not nice to deal with and made it out like it was such a big deal and that they probably wouldn't take care of it. Bill didn't hear anything about it and I was surprised as Steve was going to talk to him about this. I was extremely disappointed in my conversation with steve. A speaker for my car should not have been a big deal to fix for me considering I purchased my car at full price and didn't ask for anything. Except this! Is it really too much to ask.
