I work in the business and I would be reprimanded for losing a customers business because I didn't want to take the time to explain or look further into what they wanted. When brought to the attention of the sales person, the response was to deflect blame onto someone else (with no resolution or apology). God forbid they do things according to what the purchaser would like! They also do not explain pertinent items involving the sale of the vehicles. Do yourself a favour an find another dealer! More
