Unexpected Service Visit I stopped by Halton Honda yesterday around 11 AM with my 2013 Accord EX-L with 80,000 Km on it as the parking brake lever suddenly had no resistance t I stopped by Halton Honda yesterday around 11 AM with my 2013 Accord EX-L with 80,000 Km on it as the parking brake lever suddenly had no resistance to it and went a lot further back than normal. Brad Mordue told me that he would see if they could look at the car quickly even though I had no appointment. It turned out that the left rear brake caliper was seized. The replacement caliper and brake fluid flush were covered by my extended warranty. I only had to pay for new rear brake pads and the machining of the rotors due to the heat caused by the seized caliper. I received the vehicle back by 4 PM. Amazing! Thanks Brad and Halton Halton Service. I am a long time Honda owner but new to this dealership and so far I have been very happy with the service that I have received. More
