This time I was extremely pleased to have Linda as my shuttle driver both ways and she was amazing! I have often thought I would like to do this job myself down the road and so impressed that my dealership of choice has given this opportunity to a woman! My only issue this time around was in getting through to book my appointment. I tried calling all day Monday with no luck and even left a message with no reply. I had to call first thing Tuesday to try again to get through to Service. I understand they were very busy with snow tire changes but find it frustrating when I cannot get through for my regular service. More

Smooth Process - Making it Easy to Buy a Vehicle! The car was waiting outside where Dave K. spent quite some time thoroughly explaining the dash controls (even connecting numerous family cell phones), moving through to the fuel door and the trunk.
