I'm from Kingston, but it made sense to buy from Halton Honda because the price was much lowe 5 stars for Halton Honda on purchasing a used vehicle. I'm from Kingston, but it made sense to buy from Halton Honda because the price was much lower. Also, the buying experience was way better compared to the other dealerships I went to. I was a bit worried when we found out there was an issue with the car - it was diagnosed by garage here in Kingston. I contacted them, and their solution was the bring my car 3.5 hours back to Halton Honda. This was going to be a challenge, but they offered me a loaner (a brand new vehicle) and offered to deliver the car back to me in Kingston, which was very generous! Not only that, but the mechanics at Halton Honda found out that the original diagnosis made here in Kingston wasn't correct, and it was something else causing the issue! (Saved me from fixing the wrong thing) Big shout out to Samy El-Muhtadi (Pre-owned Sales manager), who when he said "we'll take care of you", actually followed through. The car is fixed, and the situation was completely resolved. Very happy customer. More
