He was very professional before and after the sale responding to email questions as well. He took quite a while to explain all of the information about the car which I am delighted with. My only beef was that Honda only provides the Navigation system on the top of the line models. We had planned to buy a mid-level CRV and I was really disappointed to hear that it was only the pricey models. We are Honda people and have a Goldwing motorcycle, a Honda lawnmower and have had eight Honda cars between us. Next time, we will check out Toyota and Nissan because I do want to be higher off the ground. David explained all f the benefits of the Rallye Red Civic in a patient manner and we were won over. I would highly recommend David in the future. More
