Lease buy-out poor service and little value for what you pay I bought out my lease which could have gone much smoother and quite frankly the administration fee charged is not worth "the mandatory cost". It took I bought out my lease which could have gone much smoother and quite frankly the administration fee charged is not worth "the mandatory cost". It took multiple attempts and an escalation to the sales manager to get a simple appointment booked. The appointment was completed on time including the vehicle safety however the $400+ charged for the administration portion to simply check in then sell me my own vehicle is puzzling. Yes they take care of the ownership transfer but absolutely nothing is done to the car to justify what you pay. And to top it off, I was promised to have my ownership mailed to my home which is two weeks ago and counting with no sign of the paper work. After another follow-up today I learned that its still sitting at reception and was told that it would be mailed today. Thanks Halton Honda! More
