Our sales person helped eliminate that feeling. I was also pleased in not seeing additional charges for theft prevention insurance and administration fees which is so prevalent at other stores. I had already declined a purchase of an identical car at another dealership because of these extra charges. So far I am quite satisfied. More

Service I was suspicious of the information in the maintenance screen. It had a 90 per cent oil with the next service as a b service. I know my husband had put a lot of mileage on the car since then. I went into the dealership and spoke to Alex. Using my past oil change information he calculated I would need an oil change between 13 and 15 kilometres and told me what the mileage was the previous oil change. I checked the mileage when I got home and we were at 17 so we were over. I brought the car in the next day and Sean had them reset the information and an oil change as well.
