Had vehicle in at 8am and at 10:15am with no call I decided to get a ride back to figure out what is going on. Had to wait in line for 30 minutes to speak with service desk and electronic service tv said my car was still being serviced yet it was sitting ready for pickup from before I pulled in at 10:15am. I have experienced the worst service ever yesterday and it was so bad I personally waited an additional 20 minutes just to speak to the dealership manager who assured me he would contact me about this incident but never got an email or phone call follow up. This experience lost not only a customer but the $60 oil change elsewhere cost me over $150 this visit. Extremely disappointed More

Once they finally accepted the vehicle, it sat for a month with repeated excuses and contradictory information. We were pressured to pay $1,100 for parts before they would release the vehicle, and when my wife started it in the parking lot, the check engine light came on immediately. We no longer trust the workmanship or transparency at this dealership and are now escalating the matter to the Dealer Principal and Honda Canada. More
