Car was in for a servicing. Dylan was the service advisor. I was originally told the car needed a brake servicing, but Dylan looked at the last visit I made to Honda, and saw t Dylan was the service advisor. But, as often happens, it was discovered that my air filters were clogged, so had to replace them! Anyway, Dylan was very patient and helpful. I would have to say that your telephone system is woefully inadequate. Three times I called, and after waiting for what seemed like ages, was connected to the wrong person - she tried to connect me with Dylan, but I was subjected to more ringing. Need some remedial training on how to connect people. More
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this dealership and cannot recommend them. I went in to purchase a Kia Carnival advertised on the Halton Autolease website. I ask for the sales woman who I spoke wit and cannot recommend them. I went in to purchase a Kia Carnival advertised on the Halton Autolease website. I ask for the sales woman who I spoke with on the phone. I was told by the Halton Honda side they did not know anyone by that name and they could help me. I came from out of town so I wanted to complete the sale and take the vehicle back fully license the same day. They assured me they would be able to do so. In short salesman took my money and was not able to get my plates in time. Said there was a backup at the license place....normally the dealer don't wait from what I have experienced. They gave me the dealer plate to drive home with. Eventually I was told (about a week later) that Halton Honda did not own the vehicle and the saleswomen I spoke with did exist...WOW. There was some internal dispute with the Halton Auto Group and two weeks later my plates were delivered to me. During that time the sales rep who sold me the vehicle was not very responsive and I even called the sales manager who has yet to return my call a month later. It would have been great if they would have just told me when they found out (most likely before I left) that they could not sell me the vehicle as it was in another group (Halton Auto Lease) name. Or at least say we cannot send you home in the vehicle today due to licensing issues. Sales guy was great before signing...after that things went downhill quickly. Hopefully others have a better experience than I did. More

They are easy to schedule appointments with, but some service staff were not friendly, engaging or supportive when communicating with them in-person or on the phone. Better treatment of customers from se service staff were not friendly, engaging or supportive when communicating with them in-person or on the phone. Better treatment of customers from service workers would improve your overall service. More
