, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent service experience at Halton Honda. I brought my 2017 Honda Civic in for a routine oil change. After picking up the vehicle and driving home, recent service experience at Halton Honda. I brought my 2017 Honda Civic in for a routine oil change. After picking up the vehicle and driving home, I immediately noticed a rattling/noise coming from the front passenger side underneath the vehicle. This noise was not present before the service appointment. I contacted my service advisor, Marco, who advised me to stop by and assured me the issue would be addressed. I specifically took time out of my workday and visited the dealership during my lunch break. After waiting approximately 40 minutes, I was informed that the issue had been fixed. However, as soon as I drove back to work, I realized the noise was still present. When I called again, I was told that the skid plate had been tightened, but that the remaining noise was allegedly coming from a black mounting component that would require me to pay for repairs. My concern is that: • The noise appeared immediately after the oil change service. • The vehicle did not have this issue prior to the appointment. • No evidence or demonstration was provided to show that the mounting component was the source of the noise. • I took additional time from work to have the issue corrected, only to find that the problem remained unresolved. I would appreciate a thorough inspection of the vehicle and a clear explanation of the cause of the noise. Given the timing of the issue and the circumstances surrounding the service visit, I believe this matter deserves further attention. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response. Excellent customer service and communication at this dealership, I am very happy with them. The only issue I had was I was booked at 12:00 for oil change and rear diff fluid, which is not a long servic dealership, I am very happy with them. The only issue I had was I was booked at 12:00 for oil change and rear diff fluid, which is not a long service, but it was not finished until 4:30 due to high volume of services already booked in. This left me without my vehicle all afternoon. Drop off and booking should be closer to the actual service so I could have had my car longer. More

This was by far the best experience we’ve ever had when purchasing a car! From the minute we walked in the door we felt seen and were warmly welcomed. Judging from the interaction between the various employees, it was obvious to us that everyone truly enjoyed their job…they all seemed like ‘family’. I can’t say enough about our salesperson, Greg B He answered all our questions, was skilled on every detail on the vehicle we were interested in, was personable and simply fun to deal with! To top it off, he went out of his way to be accommodating by even allowing us a ‘loaner vehicle’ until the next day when out sale was completed. I’d recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to pop in to this dealership. We don’t even live in this city but the total experience made the drive more than worthwhile! More
