We had an extremely poor experience with Halton Honda. Our Odyssey showed clear recall-related engine issues in August, yet the dealership misdiagnosed it, charged us nearly $3,000 for unnecessary work, a Our Odyssey showed clear recall-related engine issues in August, yet the dealership misdiagnosed it, charged us nearly $3,000 for unnecessary work, and later refused to inspect the vehicle until the check engine light returned—even though the recall warranty expires in Jan 2026. Once they finally accepted the vehicle, it sat for a month with repeated excuses and contradictory information. We were pressured to pay $1,100 for parts before they would release the vehicle, and when my wife started it in the parking lot, the check engine light came on immediately. We no longer trust the workmanship or transparency at this dealership and are now escalating the matter to the Dealer Principal and Honda Canada. More

I bought a 30. 000 dollar used car and when i walked out the price was 62.900 they were happy until I came back the next day and said I cannot take this car with all 000 dollar used car and when i walked out the price was 62.900 they were happy until I came back the next day and said I cannot take this car with all of the additions they made for it. I said I would take the car if they took all of the xxxx off and they kept saying come back I'm gonna do this for you and you really need the extended warranty. so, it went another day. then a third I called them and told them I'm not buying the car and I want my deposit back. They still have not returned my deposit even after I said I would pay for the licensing. More
