My wife and I have been banned from this dealership! We have been customers of Guelph KIA since 2009. We recently purchased a 2017 Sorento and have been extremely pleased with the vehicle However, we We have been customers of Guelph KIA since 2009. We recently purchased a 2017 Sorento and have been extremely pleased with the vehicle However, we recently contacted our salesman to purchase a Soul for our son. He gave us a price which we found a little high and we shopped around. We found a dealership close by that offered the same vehicle for $3000 less. We went back to Guelph KIA and showed them the other offer. The dealer manager refused to discuss the price and advised us to never return to his dealership! Unbelievable! More

Haven't had service yet with this car! Our first Kia Soul was Yellow. The guy who put in our car starter was fired. He messed up our car. Poor Service Booked a level 4 service. Showed up was told the service would be 2 hours. No shuttle, no loaner, no offer of a ride or to take a lot car for a "test" Booked a level 4 service.
