I took my 2015 Kia Rio LX to Guelph Kia for a small recall issue. It was my first time there. I figured I'd get the oil changed and some other work done while I was there. I was greeted by Ethan and se recall issue. It was my first time there. I figured I'd get the oil changed and some other work done while I was there. I was greeted by Ethan and service manager, Steve, and they were very helpful. I was given a ride home to wait for the car to be worked on. Steve kept me totally updated on the progress of the work by text which included videos. I was told ahead of time exactly what it would all cost. It was very reasonable for the work done. I will definitely be back for subsequent oil changes and vehicle maintenance. Thank you, Steve and Ethan! More
