I first dealt with Nicole in service on a vehicle I purchased at a different dealer. They were so accommodating to my complex problem and went above and beyond on all accounts when we needed a new transmission. They put us in a loaner car for over 3 weeks while they took care of everything. Decided to find out what trade in value I could get for out current car and that's when I was introduced to Alex in sales. One of the friendliest people I've met and he made the entire experience amazing. He found us the perfect car and the entire sale was so quick and easy. It never once felt like we were talking to salesman because it was such a light, causal and funny experience. He went above and beyond and made sure we were satisfied in every way. He paid so much attention to detail and explained what every button in the car does. We dealt with about 7 staff in our experience with this dealership and they were all fantastic to work with. 10+++ dealership, definitely recommend Alex and everyone else at Guelph Hyundai! More

Manager did not follow up Immediately had an issue with the car driving home, wanted to return it, Scott got manager who said he would pay half and call me back on Oct. 2, I co Immediately had an issue with the car driving home, wanted to return it, Scott got manager who said he would pay half and call me back on Oct. 2, I contacted the dealership again on the 5th, promised I would get a phone call back, this is now Oct. 11th. Way to ignore your problems Hyundia! I also accepted by signature a quoted price only to be needled for another $22 because they don't know the price transferring plates - apparently not covered by a signed quote. Scott is great when there you have no problems but as soon as something goes wrong, you are left standing by the door while he pawns you off. More

Right from when I stepped onto the lot, Alex was there right away to answer all of my questions and point me into the right direction on deciding what car was best suited for me. All without pressuring me into something I didn't want. He was very knowledgeable even teaching me things that I didn't know about my other halfs 2015 Sonata, which we well now bring to the Guelph location for service even though we live in kitchener. Overall it was a really fun experience all of the staff made me feel very welcome. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Alex at Guelph Hyundai he's a stand up guy who would give his customers the shirt off his back if they asked! More
