Diesel vs Hybrid I was in search of a great car to buy that would compete or provide greater mileage than my previous sedan, the VW Jetta TDI. I loved my Jetta but had I was in search of a great car to buy that would compete or provide greater mileage than my previous sedan, the VW Jetta TDI. I loved my Jetta but had to sell it back due to the dieselgate scam and had the hybrid vehicles in mind for my next major purchase. I met Malik with my Dad looking at hybrid Sonata's and did a couple test drives. Malik was informative and easy to get a long with. He was helpful with me buying the car I chose even though he was aware I was looking elsewhere for a Sonata with a better price which fell through out of town. He continued to be professional and helpful with my decision making when I came back the next day. I brought my girlfriend and went for another test drive. I wasn't happy with the car as is. I wanted more out of it that I didnt think was possible until Malik injected some options. I was looking for a hybrid with tinted windows, sunroof and leather interior which they didnt have and my time was running out with the VW buyback. Malik offered to have a sunroof and leather interior installed which made me very interested to buy the car. Once that was put in motion it was a done deal and I was very happy to have bought my car at Hyundai Guelph. Thanks for all your help and making a quick solid process in perfect time. I received the hybrid a day before my VW was traded in and everything worked out perfectly. Keep up the good work my man. Everyone I've met at Hyundai have been great to work with and provide excellent service. More

BEWARE!! BEWARE! EXTREMELY JUVENILE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! My wife brought her car in for her 60,000 km service and first of all, only the brakes were looked at. BEWARE! EXTREMELY JUVENILE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! My wife brought her car in for her 60,000 km service and first of all, only the brakes were looked at. Secondly, when give the quote, it was much more expensive than she had anticipated. When asked why it was so expensive, the answer that was given was "that is just how much it costs" Pressed for time, she begrudgingly agreed. When I saw the price after she had come home, I called around and got prices for parts (Hyundai's price $350/Premium aftermarket $150!) I called back and spoke to the assistant service manager who offered a free oil change when asked why there is such a difference in price, she had no explanation. She was nice, but directed me to the service manager for further conversation. When I started talking with Chris, he was very hostile to begin with. When I asked why there was such a drastic difference in price, he said has had this conversation with other customers and couldn't find a difference in the quality and didn't even know what material the were made of. When asked why aftermarket companies weren't called when my wife questioned the cost he said "she didn't ask" (apparently customers are supposed to price out their own parts and understand how things work beforehand). When I said that is unacceptable (I guess stating "this is too expensive" is not enough of a social cue to seek other prices) Chris became very offensive and immature saying things like "she should have checked her finances before coming in" and spoke over me with childish banter whenever I spoke! I had to actually tell him to please listen instead of always talking over me! When I told him that my wife felt taken advantage of due to her lack of knowledge of prices and ignored when she raised the issue, all he said was "Well, she accepted it.". NEVER COMING BACK!! As stated in the beginning, this was booked for a service to check on the car, after spending $1000 here, we again had to take it in 2 DAYS LATER to the dealership that she bought the car at to have repairs done on one the wheels that Guelph had worked on! When we showed the Guelph invoice and told the Hyundai dealership that she bought the car at of this experience, they offered 2 free oil changes and an oil guard because of how we were treated! More

Where are you Scott found a vehicle that I liked and made sure I felt comfortable and taking time to showing me all the new features . You told me to take my time and decide what I wanted you didn’t push me never called me, but you did make sure that I knew that whenever I was ready you were there for me. I thank you for that and I thank you for my beautiful car. I have told many if looking for a vehicle go to see you guys. You couldn’t ask for more helpful or Nicer people .
