Poor customer service Had a really poor experience with salesman Scott today. We're in the market to buy an SUV for my boyfriend and a sedan for myself. My boyfriend and I came here to test drive a couple SUV's so that he could compare and decide which model that he'd like to buy. We had no intention to buy a car today, but are hoping to tomorrow since his dad is coming to look over our car of choice, so we were browsing today to get a better idea. Scott treated us like indecisive children who just wanted to test drive cars all day. We only test drove 2 SUVs for my boyfriend and were hoping to check out a Honda Civic next for me that I had a keen eye on. When Scott found out that my boyfriend wanted to take more time to think about the SUV's that we test drove he absolutely lost it on us and told us that we were wasting his time if we didn't make a purchase today. He didn't even give me a chance to inquire about the civic that I was so excited about. I've never felt like such an inconvenience. He said that he has 40 yrs of experience, but the way he treated us surely doesn't show it. He missed out on 2 car sales from us just because he couldn't wait one more day to make a sale. The way he treated us, I felt like I was a rodent that he was trying to exterminate from his house. Maybe it's because we're young and he expected it to be an easy quick-sale, but that's no excuse to treat potential customers like they're vermin. When we buy a car (or 2) tomorrow, it's definitely not going to be from Scott. I still really want to see that Civic on the lot, but I'm worried about dealing with this horrible salesman again.. I guess we both missed out, unfortunately. More
