Scott was extremely helpful with the very stressful process of buying a new car. he was thorough with explaining everything from the vehicle I was interested in, to the financial process, to questions I had and finally to the walk through of the vehicle on pickup day. He even programmed my Bluetooth 😊 for me. I felt confident that if I ever had further questions, etc he would be the type of person who would be available to help. Not the “buy the car” and then don’t bother me type. Thanks for having a qualified and genuine Salesperson such as Scott on your team. It made my experience great and I will be referring family and friends to your dealership because of him Bravo! p.s I was not impressed with the person (James Hammond) who handled my financial end of things and was grateful that I dealt with Scott on pickup day to sign final papers. The dealership has a gem in his demeanour and skill. We cannot express how refreshing it was to have been treated with respect. Blake Is one of the few remaining that says what he means and means what he says. The process was painless- not my usual experience when forking out monies for something that doesn’t incite investment value longer term. I am confident that with his guidance and the standards set by Hyundai we have made a solid and long term choice that we can be very comfortable with. Headache pre owned van Bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Hyundai this past October. Of course when I was buying the van everyone called me back ASAP and the level of p Bought a 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan from Hyundai this past October. Of course when I was buying the van everyone called me back ASAP and the level of professionalism was great- until I bought the van and took it home. Within a week the heat was blowing ice cold while i was 1.5 hours away in a blizzard with an infant and school aged boy. My exhaust seemed to be leaking somewhere , the trim on my door was literally peeling off , my van doesn’t get up to running temperature when I’m driving it (I’m sure this is something huge as they ignored this) the doors wouldn’t lock properly and my brakes had to be replaced 3 times. To make a long story short I pointed out all these issues. They fixed the brakes (3x before they got it done properly) never fixed the trim even though I asked for it to be done at least 5 times to 3 different people , the lock mechanism was replaced by them , and I had my van in and out for the heat - every time they told me they couldn’t figure out the issue and when I was finally able to show it “acting up” Hyundai turned around and said they wouldn’t be repairing it even though they assured me from the first week I brought it in that they would. Eventually ended up bringing it to dodge and they were able to figure out the issue within 30 minutes - NOT days. Every time I’d call to inquire about when it was going to be fixed they dodged my calls. Tyler was rude with both me and my husband and would say he would call and never did My exhaust and/or cadilidic converter is clearly screaming at me every morning I start up my van and I can guarantee you they will say they couldn’t find an issue when I had it in there to be looked at - again within the first week of me owning it. I see all these happy reviews online and I can only assume it’s because it’s comig from people who bought brand new. The only one who maintained a great level of professionalism was Derek and the finance guy. Blake tried and was super respectful but dodging my calls really put a dent in my impression of him. Never ever buy preowned from Hyundai. I feel so beaten down in the ground I have no more fight left in me More
