I decided I liked Alex's approach and returned the next week. we went through things again and he did not hurry me to my decision and after a couple of hours I bought a new Elantra GLS. I'm now a few days into ownership and very pleased with the car and it's performance. More

Watch out! Dealt with Al and the Guelph Dealership since 2010, having 3 different vehicles. Everything was great up until my previous lease expired in 2017. I w Dealt with Al and the Guelph Dealership since 2010, having 3 different vehicles. Everything was great up until my previous lease expired in 2017. I was contacted by Al with 6 weeks remaining on my lease to discuss my options. I came into the dealership and agreed to sign a new 4 year lease for a 2017 Sonata with one month remaining on my old lease and was told that they had a car on site that I could pick up the next day without having to wait for an order. I questioned the remaining month payments and was told by Al the dealership would write me a cheque for my remaining two payments. It’s been over a year now I since learned a $450 charge was assessed for wear and tear that I was given no explanation for and I had to find out myself through a credit check because the old account was still open also I have yet to recieve my cheque, I was passed off to a manager named Dilan and recieved a brief message in June (10 months later) saying he was looking into the matter and would get back to me asap. I’ve left numerous emails and phone messages to both individuals with no response and have been given the impression the matter has been brushed under the rug. The fact that I wasnt even given an explanation or a call back is extremely unprofessional. I spoke with Hyundai finance and was told it was between me and the dealership. I was told what I wanted to hear so i’d sign my name on the dotted line. I’ll never deal with Guelph Hyundai again. More
My third I have just purchased my third Hyundai vehicle from this dealership . Every time I buy I say this is the vehicle that I will drive into the ground but I have just purchased my third Hyundai vehicle from this dealership . Every time I buy I say this is the vehicle that I will drive into the ground but my needs keep changing. My go to guy is Allan Giles, who has been my sales advisor each time. I have come to expect and have consistently received professionalism, sound advise, patience, and his good nature. Lots to learn with the new technology in vehicles today and Allan certainly has helped with my learning curve. Going back next week to meet with any questions I have about my new Tucson. My years of experience with the service department has also been exemplary. More

Don was very helpful and professional with me, pointing out that the back brake was seizing up .I only waited a short time for the estimate, I am visiting a friend here in Guelph and don't know the area or auto repair places.
