Excellent Experience purchasing our vehicle After a lengthy search for the right Jeep. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Aaron Strickler. As we live a 3+ hour drive away Aaron sent us a After a lengthy search for the right Jeep. We contacted the dealership and spoke with Aaron Strickler. As we live a 3+ hour drive away Aaron sent us a video of a walk around of the used Jeep and took a deposit until we could get there on the weekend to make a final decision. After completing the deal we made arrangements to come back the following Saturday on the train and the dealership offered to pick up our train fare and Aaron would pick us up at the train station as it was a short drive to the dealership. This saved us having to have 2 cars on the road since we were not trading in a vehicle. On the day of pick up plans changed due to a train delay and after much texting and phone calls Aaron came and picked us up from the Cambridge Welcome Centre. After all the t's had been crossed and i's dotted we left very happy with our clean Used 2017 Jeep Wrangler for a quick trip to our cottage. We really enjoyed dealing with Aaron as he is very friendly and personable. He answered all our questions and made our experience pleasant. He made us feel at ease and there was no pressure to make the deal. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and our situation on pick up day. A big shout out to Aaron for everything!! More

What an Incredible Experience! I remember coming into the dealership and was completely nervous. I honestly didn't know what to expect. From my experiences in the past, the sales people have always been pushy and very cold. Aaron was incredible! It was like talking to someone you already knew from your past! He was so incredibly friendly, outgoing, and he knew exactly what you wanted! He was very accommodating and I feel like this is what was most important. He understood our concerns and worked out a great deal with us! I honestly couldn't be happier. Not only did he explain the car, he took us for a test drive and showed us some cool tricks, but he also showed us other versions of the car like the sunroof I was looking for! He was very patient and he did a great job! I have never had such amazing customer service experience. We felt welcomed, cared for and felt secured! I think what stuck out to me the most was when we went to go pick the car up, he drove it in and even topped off the window fluid to the top! I would recommend Aaron to everyone!
