I browsed around online to see what I could find and decided I’d go to Guelph Hyundai to see some of their used inventory in my budget. Saul introduced himself and asked if I was looking for anything specific. When I told him this was going to be my first car, he did everything he could to find me something that was not only perfect for me but also still within my limited budget. He was super friendly and personable and explained everything to me clearly, even answering my stupid questions. He also had the service department tape up my rear window before I left that evening (no charge) because it had broken that day and was only being held together by the tint film. Saul honestly went above and beyond everything I expected from this experience. I am absolutely thrilled with my new car, my experience with Saul, and my experience with the whole dealership. 10/10 definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a car! More

Exceptional Service Came in for a regular oil change and tire switch-over. Ended up needing my brakes done. Tyler Moyes was my Service Advisor on this day (Oct. 13/18). All though I had to pay out of pocket a lot more than I had anticipated that day, I still walked away with an overall great experience. Tyler provided me with a no nonsense quote. Nothing over and above or extra, just what was required. Helped me save a few bucks too! Given that the brake work would take a few hours, Tyler was good enough to also find me a "loaner" car to use in the meantime to run my errands. What a great help!
