SERIOUSLY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! This SERIOUSLY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! This dealership had my car for THREE weeks and still could not seem to fix the ABS problem. Hyundai vehicle...but service department is clueless on what could be the issue. Now, I'm left trying to figure it out on my own, as they washed their hands of it. The team at Guelph Hyundai seriously lacks in their customer service! Even the so called "Service Manager" did nothing but back peddle and make excuses for his inexperienced team! We took our car there because we trusted them to know their vehicle the best. Turns out...They have no clue! Three weeks later, I paid to have rotors turned even though that was NOT the issue...and still have the ABS issue with no resolve and a "Nothing they can do" response! So glad i took my vehicle to a CERTIFIED HYUNDIA SERVICE DEPARTMENT! :( The staff at this location are seriously lacking in customer service. More

Excellent and friendly service rep! Quick turnaround. We just had oil change & snow tires installed. The car now pulls to the right, but I will call about fixing that. We are disappointed though. When we were buying the car we were told that snow tires were included (they are in good shape). My husband asked several times if they were mounted on nice rims rather than ugly black rims. He was told they were on nice rims. I seem to recall someone saying they called & checked & they were on nice rims. My husband called before we brought the car in to check on the rims & was told they wouldn’t know that until they got the tires out of storage. When we dropped off the car & again asked about this, we were told they would check on that. We waited & no one came to talk to us about the rims. Surprise when we went out to drive the car away - ugly black rims with chrome/silver lug nuts! I again asked our service person, who said she had checked and those were the snow tires that came with the car! So that has been our only downside to this experience. My husband is quite disappointed at having these black rims on such a nice car. More
