Stay away from this dealership at all costs. Went in to the sales department at the end of June to look at a new Elantra. A few weeks later I was messaged by Dan saying they could give me more money for my trade in which made the deal a little more interesting. On June 28th I signed a bill of sale through email and docusign so I didn’t have to drive all the way back in to the dealership. I was told that the vehicle would be there in 4-5 weeks time. Mid September I receive an email from hyundai canada stating my car isn’t even in production yet! The email stated my car will be in production in NOVEMBER!! I have called multiple times to try and cancel the deal as I cannot wait that long for the car. Over 3 weeks of calling and emailing to try and get a hold of a manager and still no reply after multiple voicemails and emails. EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER can’t reply to an email. How hard is it to return an email or phone call to someone?? Dealership just doesn’t want to return my deposit. BEWARE More
This dealership is extremely honest, Customer focused and are all very hardworking. They go out of their way to ensure you have good service, and good pricing. I strongly recommend them ! It could be a one off thing but I would advise everyone who is buying a car from here to be aware of my situation: Around mid-May 2022, I booked the 2023 Elantra. A month from then in June I was told I who is buying a car from here to be aware of my situation: Around mid-May 2022, I booked the 2023 Elantra. A month from then in June I was told I was in queue around #680 Around mid-July 2022, I get a message from the dealer that I am #183 in queue. Last week, I got a call saying my car is ready. I asked for the bill of sale and I saw that they tried to sneak in a 2022 Elantra without informing me that I am getting an older version and not what I had booked. Upon confrontation, they played the classic blame game where they pretended as if no one knows who ordered the wrong car. Today I get a message saying that I am again in queue for the 2023 Elantra, this time my no. in the queue is #472. I got bumped from 183 in July 2022 to 472 in August 2022. Can anyone, even with a pea sized brain take that for an answer? End result: Order cancelled. Still awaiting refund. P.S.: this was supposed to be a trade-in deal. My car has depreciated in value in past 3 months. Please be aware of my situation before committing anything with them. More
