This visit I was in for service, changing to winter tires. I got in right away and Mike Lear was the service advisor. I asked if he would look at the brakes when tires were off as I was hearing some no tires. I got in right away and Mike Lear was the service advisor. I asked if he would look at the brakes when tires were off as I was hearing some noise. I'm glad I did as my vehicle needed an alignment. Mike showed me what was wrong and explained it so I understood. He gave me a suggestion to try for the brakes as there is some rust. I don't drive often so this is to be expected but try out his suggestion and hopefully that fixes the problem rather than going for a brake service right away. Nice. He was professional and friendly. He even mentioned how much he likes working for Guelph Hyundai which leaves me with a good feeling about this shop. Everyone is friendly and professional. I can't say enough about Guelph Hyundai. Oh and the vehicle was washed too! Give Guelph Hyundai a visit, you won't be disappointed. More

Stay away from this dealership at all costs. Went in to the sales department at the end of June to look at a new Elantra. I spoke with Dan and got the numbers for an Elantra and decided I needed Went in to the sales department at the end of June to look at a new Elantra. A few weeks later I was messaged by Dan saying they could give me more money for my trade in which made the deal a little more interesting. On June 28th I signed a bill of sale through email and docusign so I didn’t have to drive all the way back in to the dealership. I was told that the vehicle would be there in 4-5 weeks time. Mid September I receive an email from hyundai canada stating my car isn’t even in production yet! The email stated my car will be in production in NOVEMBER!! I have called multiple times to try and cancel the deal as I cannot wait that long for the car. Over 3 weeks of calling and emailing to try and get a hold of a manager and still no reply after multiple voicemails and emails. EVEN THE GENERAL MANAGER can’t reply to an email. How hard is it to return an email or phone call to someone?? Dealership just doesn’t want to return my deposit. BEWARE More
