I had a problem with the engine “stop/start feature which hadn’t worked in about a year. The service advisor diagnosed that the battery was not charged sufficiently to enable this feature. After charging the hadn’t worked in about a year. The service advisor diagnosed that the battery was not charged sufficiently to enable this feature.
