When we walked in we were greeted by Mark and we were only casually looking around and possibly looking to test drive. So Mark sat us down walked us through all the steps and did it all while being extre only casually looking around and possibly looking to test drive. So Mark sat us down walked us through all the steps and did it all while being extremely friendly. We even got sidetracked for about 20 minutes discussing a common interest that came up. After that and the test drives he didn't even try to push the vehicle sale because we were unsure if the approval was remotely possible, but after some more thought while conversing with him we decided to give it a shot and he was all too happy to help us out and give us all the options. He was accurate and thorough in all his explanations and then passed us up to Margaret for finances and she was every bit as amazing and helpful. Very cheery and cracking jokes with us she was an absolute joy and seemed to share our sense of humor. Overall it was an amazing experience only made better by these 2 fantastic employees! Thank you so much Guelph Hyundai and specifically Mark McKane and Margaret Currie!! Look forward to dealing with you guys for many years to come! More

I moved from Burlington to Guelph, so I switch to a local dealership for service on my Hyundai. I am really happy with that switch. Finally a dealer that doesn't just make me loose my time. I just wanted to drop a line to let anyone thinking of picking up a Hyundai to visit this dealership. I work in the sales industry. The loaner car options are very valuable to me. I can get on with my picking up a Hyundai to visit this dealership. I work in the sales industry. The loaner car options are very valuable to me. I can get on with my busy day and pick my vehicle up when finished. I have had 5 services to date on my Sante Fe. It has been completed, on time with no surprise services needed. Dan and Tanya are two of the most pleasant and knowlegeable service folks I have ever worked with. I wish I would have left the big 3 north american automakers years sooner.
