Late but taken care of I missed my alarm clock and was late arriving for my appointment. Although the location is far from where I live, they are not too far from where I work in Guelph. They answer the phone right away, they always provide honest service in a polite friendly mature way, and ov not too far from where I work in Guelph. They answer the phone right away, they always provide honest service in a polite friendly mature way, and overall, sets a great example of how customer service should be. As for the work they do on my car when needed, they seem to do a good job, but any mistakes made are always rectified and taken care of. In addition, I am also happy with the shuttle service provided when required as well. I am proud of my Red 2009 Hyundai Accent Vehicle, as well as the place I both bought if from and have it serviced at. More

Nice people, but unfortunately I've had one too many service related problems. Most recently, I took the car in for some maintenance 6 months ago and on receiving the car back found 3 new issues in the service related problems. Most recently, I took the car in for some maintenance 6 months ago and on receiving the car back found 3 new issues in the dashboard where some inspection had been done. Seems an unlikely coincidence. Then, purchased bulbs to replace lights and seem to have been given wrong parts. Took the car in again to have them replace the lights themselves and thought they swore that the bulbs were correct, the 1/2 hour appt. tooks 2.5 hours. They didn't charge much for the service, but again certainly seemed to be something going wrong in the service area. I will be going back to my Toronto based dealer where I didn't experience these issues. More
