Not a Satisfactory Experience My recent service visit to the dealership was not satisfactory. I first tried to book an appointment online. After engaging in a "messaging" dialogue My recent service visit to the dealership was not satisfactory. I first tried to book an appointment online. After engaging in a "messaging" dialogue in which I provided all of the relevant info on my car, I was told to open a service request form which asked all of the same information that I had provided. I completed the online form and heard nothing back for a day so I phoned and set up the service appointment. A day later I get an email asking me when I would like to bring my car in. The experience was a total waste of my time. I brought my car in for 8:00 am and was told that it would be ready between 12:00 and 1:00 pm. Shuttle driver was great and I was dropped home. Phoned at 12:30 to inquire and was told some additional work was required. Fine. As I needed to collect my grandkids from day car by 4:45 pm I called at 3:00 and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes and the driver would come now to pick me up. Again the shuttle service was excellent. However, my car was not ready until 5:00 which resulted in a mess at day care. If you are going to tell customers that their car will be ready, BE SURE THAT IT IS READY. Your service guy apologized for the delay, but you need to improve your communication. As I was away for the winter, I received cards in the mail offering discounts based on the cost of service. I took them in only to be told that they were expired. Also disappointing. More

Great Service Had our Elantra Touring in for Spring maintenance. New drive-in & check-in was great. So easy and no waiting.John was very friendly & efficient.Also h Had our Elantra Touring in for Spring maintenance. New drive-in & check-in was great. Salt stains were completely out of carpet and all of the interior looked great. So happy. The shuttle service was also very efficient. More

Customer Service Lounge Area Hi, I went to Guelph Hyundai last week to have my car serviced for spring. I waited more or less 1 hour in the lounge waiting area. Great place! I really liked it: comfortable seats, TV screen, Wi-FI, and free coffee or cappuccino.....I felt so comfortable. I could review my emails and read my book while my car was serviced. Always better than expected! Every time we take our car in they go above and beyond. I was given a ride back to work after dropping it off and a ride to the center when my car was ready. Pricing is always less than what I expect (unlike other shops where it always seems to be at least double). Fantastic service! More

terrible service truly dissapointed I bought my veloster from them last year and everything seemed good very helpful well that all changed once i had to do the first service. Any time i have had to take my car in for its regular services it has always taken at least three hours or more that is when you can book a service appointment it is always a hassel when you call to book appointment they they go on about how swamped they are i have called to book appointment and been told that it will be at least a two week wait but my husband called back less then an hour after i did and he got appointment the next day. Then i had to take it in for the washer sprayer not working it was a warranty issue i had to bring the car in three times in the same week for the same issue they had the car all day long all three days and then when i picked it up and tested it i was backwards the back sprayed the front and vice versa so they had installed it wrong so the car had to go back in then the service guy says they would take care of my next service so ok i was upset but at least they were trying to make it up .... wrong i just took it in for its next service and it would normaly cost 110. Dollars they took 20.00 dollars off not to mention they couldn't even put the new sticker on the windshield so the i know when its due for its next service well that is a slap in the face i spent forty thousand dollars buying the car there i spend at least sixty dollars every time i come in for service and they can't even give me a free oil change for there screw up i will not recommend them to anyone i will not buy another car there and i will not take my car there for any more services i will tske the little extra drive and go to fergus ..... its just insulting i work hard for my money and my time is valuable but they dont trat their customers like that matters to them maybe their managers should focus on customer service after you purchased the vehicle More
