Replacement of wing mirrow I rang the dealership explaining that the glass in the passenger side mirror had broken (hooray - it was broken by my husband!). Without any hesitati I rang the dealership explaining that the glass in the passenger side mirror had broken (hooray - it was broken by my husband!). Without any hesitation I was told to bring it to the new premises on Woodlawn and we were there within 30 minutes. We were greeted by Dan who asked a technician to have a look at the damaged unit just to see if only the glass needed to be replaced but unfortunately for us it requires a new unit. Dan immediately found out the price of a new unit and we are booked to have it fitted in a week's time. We would have liked it replaced sooner because of the importance of wing mirrors but we can't always have what we want and we will just have to be extra careful when driving until this vital piece of equipment is replaced. The Woodlawn staff are always helpful and try to attend to customers with as little delay as possible; the lady who answered the telephone had a welcoming note in her voice and put us through to Service immediately. Why would we go anywhere else?! More

Hyundai to the Rescue On Jan 15, 2015 I was driving down the road on Woodlawn, ran over a black bungee cord, which almost immediately caused me to be in distress ! I quickl On Jan 15, 2015 I was driving down the road on Woodlawn, ran over a black bungee cord, which almost immediately caused me to be in distress ! I quickly pulled into the drive through at Guelph Hyundai and immediately was attended to, as my vehicle at this point was totally disabled with a flat rear tire (bungee cord piece still in the tire)_and the plastic protector panel completely destroyed. It was a pleasant surprise to hear from the service dealer that the tire was under warranty and he also immediately tended to my issue, ordered me a new part for the protector cover and sent me on my merry way. The clerk was very aware of my hectic schedule and managed to save the day and my car. Staff there is also very pleasant. A word of caution for drivers out there...... watch out for those bungee cords, they do a lot of damage ! More

Waited much too long I was scheduled in for a Service 1 on a Saturday morning. Usually this appointment would take me 45 mins, but I waited just over 2 hours. Unfortunatel I was scheduled in for a Service 1 on a Saturday morning. Usually this appointment would take me 45 mins, but I waited just over 2 hours. Unfortunately I found out there were only two technicians working that day, which is fine, but also that John had gone on his lunch break just as my car had pulled back into the drive thru and the service was completed. I understand that employees get lunch breaks, but no one else was able to help me (all I had to do was process a payment) and waiting an extra half hour for no reason was very frustrating. I hope that this does not happen in the future. More
