He was very friendly and made the experience very easy and not stressful. John was very good in explaining the financial side of things. Was very informative about the extended warranty program, which I opted to have, and I think it was the best decision I made. Overall, this location was extremely friendly and not pushy like many other car dealerships. I'm very happy with my new Hyundai Elantra GT, and look forward to future dealings with Guelph Hyundai.
