First Hyundai and First Experience in a Hyundai dealership I found the sales staff (Alex) and his manager Rhys went the extra mile to get me a fair price for my trade in. I bought the car at the end of June, a I found the sales staff (Alex) and his manager Rhys went the extra mile to get me a fair price for my trade in. I bought the car at the end of June, and Hyundai were offering an improved discount for July. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call from Tamara (Guelph Hyundai's Finance Agent, advising me that the dealership was applying the discount to my transaction, an extra $1,000. One aspect that could be improved for me personally would be to have a list of all of the options on my particular vehicle. After discussing a few vehicles at the dealership, I couldn't really answer my wife's questions about what options ( a lot, as it happens) were on the Tucson I bought. I had a general idea, but a reference document would have been helpful. I'm sure if I had brought this up at the time I could have been provided with something, however, I didn't think to do this. Nevertheless, I was very happy with the transaction. I usually just buy Toyota cars, but my son and his wife have two Hyundai's and they convinced me to look at a Santa Fe. I found it was too large for me, and the Tucson was more to my liking. More

We purchased a Santa Fe LX Limited, which they were able to fit into our budget and left enough in the budget to allow us to buy a 2011 Elantra for the kids. Kevin was very professional and worked very hard to make it happen. The showroom is spotless, bright and comfortable. All of the employees that we dealt with were very helpfull and treated us well.
