Longer wait times then I am used to... I have been to this service twice and both were supposed to be just quick oil changes and tire rotations, which took both times more than one and a ha I have been to this service twice and both were supposed to be just quick oil changes and tire rotations, which took both times more than one and a half hours. I had a Kia before and my service wait times were almost never more than an hour at Kia Service actually, therefore; I am not really used to this long wait times. Also, I thought the amount I have paid was quite high too... So; friendly environment, but needs better time management and more reasonable pricing. More

Customer number one Had a recall on my new Hyundia Tuscon (hood latch hook faulty) Car was check via computer for recall info and taken to fix in five minutes.. Had ab Had a recall on my new Hyundia Tuscon (hood latch hook faulty) Car was check via computer for recall info and taken to fix in five minutes.. Had about one hours wait as car need a computer update like a reboot of windows programs. A coffee and a snack plus tv, plus a chat with service rep. Jenni made time fly. Back on road with a wave.
