Manager did not follow up Immediately had an issue with the car driving home, wanted to return it, Scott got manager who said he would pay half and call me back on Oct. 2, I co Immediately had an issue with the car driving home, wanted to return it, Scott got manager who said he would pay half and call me back on Oct. 2, I contacted the dealership again on the 5th, promised I would get a phone call back, this is now Oct. 11th. Way to ignore your problems Hyundia! I also accepted by signature a quoted price only to be needled for another $22 because they don't know the price transferring plates - apparently not covered by a signed quote. Scott is great when there you have no problems but as soon as something goes wrong, you are left standing by the door while he pawns you off. More

Right from when I stepped onto the lot, Alex was there right away to answer all of my questions and point me into the right direction on deciding what car was best suited for me. All without pressuring me into something I didn't want. He was very knowledgeable even teaching me things that I didn't know about my other halfs 2015 Sonata, which we well now bring to the Guelph location for service even though we live in kitchener. Overall it was a really fun experience all of the staff made me feel very welcome. I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to visit Alex at Guelph Hyundai he's a stand up guy who would give his customers the shirt off his back if they asked! More

Last time at guelph hyundai Well it had been 9 months since i last came here due to rude service but unfortunately i didnt think my bumper would stay on until i got to cambridge Well it had been 9 months since i last came here due to rude service but unfortunately i didnt think my bumper would stay on until i got to cambridge hyundai.( i live 2 mins away from guelph hyundai). I was quoted a firm final price before agreeing to the work. Then i go in tonget car and price is more thatn $200 higher. I advised the nice service lady cheyanne of the price and she acknowledged it as she had written it down on the paperwork. She went and got a service advisor/mgr who told me i was wrong and that i had to pay. I told her no. Im paying the price i agreed to and she just stared at me. Im not sure if she thought she could intimidate a customer or not. I told her i dont care where you find the extra $220+ but im not paying it. Aftrr sitting there for lmost 20 mins she finally fixed the bill. She didnt have the courtesy to appologize for the misunderstanding, didnt offer anything ie, free oil change, etc. Extremely rude and horrible service. Not sure why you would want this person speaking w your customers. I just want to thank cheyanne again for her help through this. More

When I arrived the Nichole examined my vehicle thoroughly and did notice that there were a couple of v I brought my vehicle in yesterday for service. When I arrived the Nichole examined my vehicle thoroughly and did notice that there were a couple of very faint marks on the passenger's side. I took a good look and although I could not see what she saw I accepted her word. She even got in the car to take the mileage so she would have had to see the drivers side of the vehicle. When the servicing was finished and I went out to go home it was immediately apparent to me that the driver's door had been scratched and the driver's side back door had a small chip. I immediately went back in and brought the problem to Nicholes attention. She then went in and talked to the service manager. He came out and had a look and insisted that a paint pen had been used to cover the damage and it was dry so it was not them that had applied the pen and it was the wrong color. He did look at the camera and told me they had not caused the damage. I was made to feel like I was trying to put something over on the dealership. The damage must have been there when I arrived. It was definitely not and if that was the case then why was it not noticed and discussed while the vehicle was being examined by Nichole. I am very angry at this point in time. I am not into being called a liar in so many words. My friend arrived home and I did ask him to take a look. He said it was not there before. The level of service had bottomed out since the new owner has taken over and I had already discussed that with the service manager while my car was being serviced. I came there with the expectation of being treated well and I left with a damaged vehicle and feeling very badly about the whole experience. In my past experience, I have left feeling so very positive and spouting the praises of Guelph Hyundai. I was told that when the car arrived and the damage was not seen then I should chalk it up to human error. That is a very poor excuse and I do not accept that at all. I guarantee you that my friends, family or acquaintances will not be dealing there in the future. It has become very apparent to me that MY SATISFACTION IS NOT YOUR PRIORITY. I will be discussing this with my lawyer. More
