Tucson I gave customer service 4 stars because I called in advance to book an appointment and when I got there there was no appointment scheduled for me, how I gave customer service 4 stars because I called in advance to book an appointment and when I got there there was no appointment scheduled for me, however, the service rep didn't blink an eye and took the vehicle in as it was for a recall. I was in and out in about a half an hour and everyone was very pleasant. What I'm really confused about is the fact that my husband and I bought TWO vehicles at the same time from this dealership but there was no information in their systems for us other then my husbands name. This was indicated when I called to book the appointment and then again when I came in for that said appointment. Not sure why that would be. All in all, the experience we have had has been good! In the process they discovered another unrelated issue that was repaired under the warrantee. More
