Colin was very patient with us even when we came in with bad colds. He was very accommodating re test drives in different vehicles, as well as searching the internet for our vehicle that we eventually purc bad colds. My husband and I went to the dealership knowing what we wanted to purchase, right away we had good customer service by the salesmen . The salesmen was willing to negociate with the price until we came to a common ground and the papers were signed!!! When it came to picking up the vehicle the next day they had it fuled up, made sure the inspection was done , so when we got there we could get the keys and take it on our merry way. I was in to Grizzly Trail Body Shop twice in one month for repairs to my 2011 Ford F150 truck. Brad made sure the estimate was into the insurance adjuster quickly, offered and arranged a rental for a few for repairs to my 2011 Ford F150 truck. I am from the US and wanted to purchase a truck to leave in AB. The entire transaction was done via the telephone, emails, and text messaging. He was out for a day on other business, so Trevor also had a big part in making the deal work. Brad Carr was the person that handled all the paper work. Mark then spent about an hour with me showing me how to setup and use On Star as well as pairing my devices with the Blue Tooth. Everything was professional and well done. The quality of work from the service department at Grizzly is great as well, they have good management, the service advisors are welcoming and organized, and the mechanics seem to be very knowledgeable and efficient. I have 3 vehicles in which I take to Grizzly for servicing and maintenance on a regular basis, and I will continue to take my business there. More

I visited Collin and let him know what vehicle I wanted to buy. He found a number of vehicles that fit my discription and let me decide which one we would persure. He found the vehicle in Calgary. We decided on a price and I would pick it up from the Calgary dealership and drop it of at Grizzly trail for final detailing and some other work that needed to be done on it. When I picked it back up from Grizzly trail it was detailed and in the shape that we had agreed upon. Collin did what I asked of him from start to finish. I now have the truck I wanted. Brad Carr was very good in explaining and setting up the financing I needed. Kim Fletcher did a very good job in explaining what extras on my truck would be good to do and the ones not needed. More
