Was not happy with the service for my end of lease on my car. It has taken over 2 months to figure stuff out and now I had to get an extension on my lease because of it. Booked for a 3pm appointment. Needed to get brakes replaced. They said they are not able to complete replacement as it was too late in the day as they close at 5pm. Would have scheduled for an earlier appointment if this was the case. No car wash. Staff was very nice and offered shuttle ride to and from the mall. More

Friendly, financing slow. Offers good,but too much pushing. Detailing of car could have been better. Dog hair in spare tire compartment and one head rest not cleaned.
