When they took an actual look at the shimmy in the drive train, in Oct 2021, Ryan Prince told me "it's a driveshaft or axle or something" he also told me "the shimmy isn't that bad, and you'll be fine to drive to powderking this winter" (as I had mentioned I like to snowboard and I wanted the issue dealt with before the snow flew), when you need to find out parts availability, they ignore you for months at a time (this includes the fixed ops manager and the general sales manager), all while harassing you to try and set up a "maintenence appointment" based on milage that I haven't been able to use. I haven't been able to drive my 2019 Hyundai Kona for 4 MONTHS since the accident caused from their illegal repair. They have put my safety at risk, and have made less than minimal effort to rectify their mistakes, I guess it's time to look at taking legal action against their severely unprofessional, and criminally negligent service department. More
