I have been going to GP Chrysler for years. I bought the oil change package with synthetic oil realizing that the air filters were not covered. I recently spent $141 on two filters that engine I bought the oil change package with synthetic oil realizing that the air filters were not covered. I recently spent $141 on two filters that engine filter and the cab filter were priced at $50 and $60 on top of that they charge me $12 labour for looking at the air filter and changing it . Dealer contacts me for recall service. I drive 2 hours for service to find out they hadn’t made the appointment. Rebook service for 2 weeks later (still a 2 hour drive) for 10 am. The recall service simply needs a software update (about 30 minutes) - after waiting 3 hours at the dealership they still haven’t started the work. I ran out of time and had to leave with still no service done. More
