My block heater wasn’t working on my Jeep Wrangler, so I took it in for the cord and block heater to be checked to see if or what part needed replacing. Extremely arrogant salesman with desk by the door harassed me until I had to yell into the dealership at the top of my lungs for him to leave me alone. Even then he yelled at me and chased me until o harassed me until I had to yell into the dealership at the top of my lungs for him to leave me alone. Even then he yelled at me and chased me until others stopped him. Was getting $6000 in repairs, and the only reason I didnt cancel was to leave this review. I was standing off to the side if the entrance, waiting for my company to pick me up. This arrogant guy says excuse me and steps past and out the left of the double door, then turns around and lectures me about standing by the door. I was off to the side, he had no trouble walking past, and I asked what was wrong with the right side of the double door. It was locked. I flicked it to unlocked and it easily opened. He continues to berate me, apparently its locked to control traffic. This is Grande Prairie and COVID is over, why the xxxx is one side of your double door locked, restricting customer flow? The angry salesman decides to go on a long demeaning lecture about the doors and where im standing. If its that much of an issue (which it wasnt) why cant I be invited inside to sit down? The guy wouldnt leave me alone. I yelled into the dealership asking for him to stop harassing me. The angry yeller yells at me to get off the private property. Yes, yelling at me and chasing me. Then his buddy comes outside looking like hes ready to start a fight with me. I asked to be left alone while I waited for my vehicle. The angry yeller continued to take evey opportunity to sneer at me and walk within half a foot behind me while I waited. Seriously something wrong with this guy. Wont ever return.
