Absolutely terrible service provided by GP Chrysler. I have been a long time client, purchased a dozen vehicles through their sales team only to be let down by the service department. Replacing an item I have been a long time client, purchased a dozen vehicles through their sales team only to be let down by the service department. Replacing an item under warranty then suggesting to replace an associated item while in there which seems like the right thing to do. Only issue i have is being charged full price for a job that was half complete under warranty. Seems a little dirty for the warranty to be charged for the full job as well as the customer being charged for the full job as if it was brought in for that work alone. The work was completed once and intended on being billed twice, to me this is bad business. Unfortunately the service department is going to cost the excellent sales department future business conducting themselves this way. More
