No BS. No pressure. fun to deal with. Bravo to you staff. Wonderful people to deal with. Opened my eyes to some new options. I baught a beautiful black ecodeisel from your sales person Anna. She was very informative & helpfull. She also introduced me to the finance person Paul who was also helpfull & was in the know about out of province purchases for me. I had absolutely no headaches. I would definitely & am recommending theses people for making a vehicle purchase. About the truck ecodeisel. 1180km out of the first tank of fuel. GP to Dawson creek to GP & then Calgary. Wow.....im very impressed with this vehicle. Can't wait to see what happens after its broken in. Cheers to all More

better off buying from kijiji I am a single mom who up until a few months ago purchased my vehicles from kijiji because that is what i could afford. i made the decision to work ext I am a single mom who up until a few months ago purchased my vehicles from kijiji because that is what i could afford. i made the decision to work extra jobs so that i could finance a vehicle and provide my family with something newer that i wouldn't have to stress about breaking down on me. i purchased a 2008 dodge avenger from the auto group and 4 hours after i left the lot multiple things went wrong with it. i contacted the dealership and took photos of the lights that had come on they agreed the car was not road legal and that they would have the vehicle fixed for me. and so the run around begins! on several occasions i brought the car to the service center at both Subaru and Chrysler to have it fixed only to have it returned every time with nothing done. i went to Chris falls with my problems and he decided his phone was more important to play on then to look me in the face and hear what i was saying. on the last trip to the shop i brought with me a list of codes that was given to us by another mechanic who had the car in his possession while all the lights were on and was able to get all the error codes only to return to pick it up with once again nothing done to it and me being told i have to wait till it happens again and then bring it back. so i went to the gm of Chrysler troy collinge hoping he would hear my plea but instead i am told that they only have record of it being in there once but then changes his story and says its twice, and that i would have to bring it back in, when i asked if this time when i brought it in would it be fixed he just simply said i don't know we have to see whats wrong with it..even though this is the same shop that just told me i have to wait till it goes wrong again before they can fix it keep in mind everytime this car is in the shop i am left without a vehcile. and this is all after a shop has had it while it was going wrong. when i became frustrated with him and told him i would bring the car back in but so help me if it doesn't get fixed i would go above his head to the bbb & mla, and any outlet i could about this matter i was told i am not welcome at that shop and my car wouldn't be getting fixed. so here is a single mom who bought a broken car from a dealership that she thought she could trust to sell her something safe and reliable and then for months i get the run around only to be told they wont fix the broken car they sold me.. my vehicles from kijji were never anything pretty but at least when they died i was only out 1500$ no instead i am out my credit i used to get the car the money i have paid on it and i am stuck with a broken vehicle that isn't safe to drive. BUY FROM KIJIJI NOT THESE CRIMINALS!!! More

Absolutely the best in Grande Prairie HANDS DOWN! I was buried in negative equity. It was making almost impossible to get into something that I wanted to drive for many years. I went to dealership aft I was buried in negative equity. It was making almost impossible to get into something that I wanted to drive for many years. I went to dealership after dealership to be told the exact same thing, that is until I went to the Auto Group. I explained my situation to them and within a couple days I was driving off the lot! :) The team at Hyundai and Chrysler had me approved and rolling away in a 2015 Ram at 18 years of age. I cannot thank them for their hard work and commitment to help me out. Absolutely the best in Grande Prairie HANDS DOWN! Great customer service, with very friendly helpful staff Went to the local Ford dealership being a ford owner all my life but felt I was being ripped off. My friend who has always ran dodge trucks (of which I've always really liked his trucks) suggested I went down and spoke with Jordan and the team at GP Chrysler. They got me into a brand new truck for almost the same price as Ford was trying to scam me for a used vehicle. I'm very happy with my new truck and it has everything I was needing in it. Excellent customer service and a very helpful friendly staff. Definately will be back again and I think my Ford days are over now More
