A Match Made In Heaven I just purchased my second vehicle from Grande Prairie Chrysler with help from Mike Murphy and Brett Lauder (who also helped with my first purchase). I can honestly say I have never enjoyed driving anywhere as much as I do now, in my brand new Patriot! When it came time to do up the paperwork, the very friendly and knowledgeable Kerry Kaban walked me through everything. She provided me with the answers to any questions I had prior to signing! When I was all done with the paperwork, I was able to drive home in my new hot wheels - after taking a few detours first, of course! My experience was amazing !! Very impressed. I needed a better vehicle that was cheaper on gas and Thomas Reber got me into a Jeep Compass ! He was amazing very good at his job . Love our new addition ...........<3 I went into this dealership just to have a LOOK at Jeeps with no intention of buying one at the time but my husband didn't want me driving my car anot I went into this dealership just to have a LOOK at Jeeps with no intention of buying one at the time but my husband didn't want me driving my car another winter..............he wanted me to be able to see over the snow banks at intersections where we live. When we walked into the show room we were greeted by Wayne Villeneuve who was exceptional. He was friendly, knowledgeable and just an overall awesome guy to deal with. We took a couple of vehicles out for a test drive and I really liked them both and couldn't decide until Wayne asked me "if I were to give you one for free which one would you take" ...............it was then I decided on the Jeep Wrangler and we named her "Sahara". I am really happy that we ended up GP Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge. Once the paperwork had to be signed we dealt with Tim Horcoff who was nothing but helpful, very friendly and we felt very confident with him handling our affairs. It was also great just to talk to him about every day life as well instead of just getting the paperwork signed and leaving. I will definitely refer this dealership along with Wayne and Tim to anyone I know that might be looking for a vehicle :) More

This last time I was in there I brought my skeptical brother who wasn't sure what he wanted or if he even wanted to buy from a dealership. I told him to just trust me and sit down with the guys who got me my vehicle, no pressure. Within 10 minutes of being there my brother realized he was in the right place to buy his first vehicle. Mike walked him through every step. He was patient, accommodating, and he has a way of just assuring that you are making the choices, not him. That is a rare thing to find in customer service in Grande Prairie. What was supposed to be an inquiry day turned into my little brother driving away in his very first vehicle and he couldn't have been any happier. Without the amazing services from Mike Murphy, Brett Lauder, and Tim Horcoff he may have continued to be skeptical about buying for the first time.
