When I arrived at the dealership to finalize things and test drive, the vehicle was detailed and placed in the showroom waiting for me. Less than 3 hours later I was on my way home with the vehicle and a bag of goodies. It would've been shorter but the staff were so personable it was like chatting with a friend. This was my first experience buying a car brand new, and solely on my own, and it was a fantastic one. Trevor is a superior sales representative! He has gone above and beyond any of the expectations I had prior to walking through those dealership doors. Amazing people skills and personality. Both Trevor and Brent were very informative. Both worked hard to make sure I had a vehicle with everything I wanted, and that I was completely happy with it, while still remaining on a budget I was comfortable with. When I say Trevor went above and beyond, I definitely meant it. When my Jeep arrived to the dealership in Grande Prairie from Calgary, he came in on his day off to make sure I would be driving it off the lot that day. This included being my chauffeur for the day! He offered to drive me to sort out my registration and pick up my license plate. There were a few hiccups along the way. Being originally from Newfoundland, the registration process is a little different than here in Alberta, so I was unprepared and unorganized to get everything straightened away that day. He didn't mind at all, even though I'm sure I probably had him drove crazy by the end! Kerry Kaban was my financial adviser through the process and she was great as well! Super friendly and sweet! She laid everything out for me and guided me through and outlined each step in the process. I feel very lucky to have had such a great team for my first buy! 5 out of 5 stars all around. More
