We went for a test drive and the used 2012 Dodge 3500 was in incredible condition and the deal I got was to hard to pass up. I came back in the next day and the truck was freshly polished and sitting on the showroom floor, I went in to see Nikki in finance and it was a matter of 10 minutes and I had keys in hand. Fair, friendly and thorough We took our 2012 Dodge Caravan in got a routine 65,000km inspection. We knew something was wrong as we had a rattle in the back. Kevin was very thorou We took our 2012 Dodge Caravan in got a routine 65,000km inspection. We knew something was wrong as we had a rattle in the back. Kevin was very thorough and discovered our shocks need replacement, a door stopper was missing and our weather stripping needs replacement. All of this is covered under warranty. We've had dealers try to get out of doing warranty work, trying to find a loophole as to why it's not covered. But not these guys! They looked for everything they could possibly find. Parts will be in in 3 days and we will have a brand new can again. Thanks Kevin! More
