Then today, had to bring in our caravan again for the same thing. We got Don again in service by chance and just as before he was EXTREMELY helpful. They are completely swamped in that department right now and I have two little ones with me. oh no right!..the long wait BUT with the help from one of the floor managers inside Don arranged for a vehicle for us for the day. Such a piece of mind for this Mom! No one wants to wait with little kids, as he was very honest to let me know it will be awhile. Thank you bunches guys!!!! Buying my new 2016 Ram 3500 My salesman Mike and Brent went out of their way to get me into my new 2016 ram 3500 as soon as possible when it came in from a dealer transfer. They got it into the shop right away and put mud flaps on it before closing time and had me driving it that same day it got here so I had wheels for the long weekend. Took it back to them the Monday after the weekend and the staff in the back did a great job cleaning the inside and outside. I was going to take my fuel tank out of the old truck to put into my new one but they had done that for me. Paul got me the best deal and rate on the new truck. I left there a very happy person with my new Ram 3500 truck. More

When signing papers was a bit of mess but everything was up and good to go within 2 hours. Service has been great to an extent. I've had the truck in for the paint and leather protection outside looked great inside on the other hand well just say the baby is going in for another redo. The service department itself is awesome anything I have an issue with they are on top of it and get to the bottom of what I need done right away. You will always have ups and downs at a dealership no one is perfect and I always come out ahead of the game with a smile on my face.
