Went on my marry way happy that the command start worked again. But as I was on a long road trip the same problem came back. Stopped in and Danielle checked and found the part was going to be here the next day so she made an appointment for me. When I dropped it off I asked Danielle if they could look at the fifth wheel for me and see what they could do. When I picked up the truck I was so happy to see they put a mat down to keep the floor clean and they did fix the fifth wheel for me. So I would like to say I have never had a bad experience with the good service people or the staff in the back shop great job guys keep up the good work More

Jordan and Brent worked very hard for me to make sure everything was the way i wanted it, and if there was anything I needed Jordan was quick to get it done as soon as possible. Tim did my financing and fought for the best rate i could get, and made sure i was completely covered. Later We had a recall on our new caravan, just a A/C matter. Wanted to thank Don in the service area for being such a great person. Took great care of everything ! Then today, had to bring in our caravan again for the same thing. We got Don again in service by chance and just as before he was EXTREMELY helpful. They are completely swamped in that department right now and I have two little ones with me. oh no right!..the long wait BUT with the help from one of the floor managers inside Don arranged for a vehicle for us for the day. Such a piece of mind for this Mom! No one wants to wait with little kids, as he was very honest to let me know it will be awhile. Thank you bunches guys!!!! Don said to me, "no, thank you, for your patience" but its that great service that you extended to us that needs thanking and getting you this great review!!! Buying my new 2016 Ram 3500 My salesman Mike and Brent went out of their way to get me into my new 2016 ram 3500 as soon as possible when it came in from a dealer transfer. They My salesman Mike and Brent went out of their way to get me into my new 2016 ram 3500 as soon as possible when it came in from a dealer transfer. They got it into the shop right away and put mud flaps on it before closing time and had me driving it that same day it got here so I had wheels for the long weekend. Took it back to them the Monday after the weekend and the staff in the back did a great job cleaning the inside and outside. I was going to take my fuel tank out of the old truck to put into my new one but they had done that for me. Paul got me the best deal and rate on the new truck. I left there a very happy person with my new Ram 3500 truck. More
