Thanks Steve!!!! I have bought 2 vehicles from Steve! I bought a half tonne and a jeep compass. When my half tonne was written off in a horrible accident, I was able I have bought 2 vehicles from Steve! I bought a half tonne and a jeep compass. When my half tonne was written off in a horrible accident, I was able to walk in (barely) and receive amazing help. I was extremely stressed, injured and had no confidence in what I was going to do. I was able to express my needs and concerns with ease. It took me days to decide and Steve was patient and accommodating. He even took care of the rental company for me when it was time to return! Including fueling it and getting it back to the rental company. He helped me with car seats and kids and even my silly pink and blue lays I hang on my mirror hahaha! Without Steve's patience, ability to listen and help I do not know how smoothly the transition would have been. I think he spoils me a little bit and for that I have and will recommend him to anyone. Fantastic Experience! I have had some not so great experiences at other dealer ships so was slightly hesitant to look at trading in again. Decided to ask for an email quote I have had some not so great experiences at other dealer ships so was slightly hesitant to look at trading in again. Decided to ask for an email quote on a vehicle, and got to talking with Kieran, a sales managers in the internet department. He was able to do all my pre-approval by email and one phone call. Dealt with Chantalle about different things as well. Was called and told I was approved and to come in! Went in, and was there less than 2 hours for a test drive, paper work, and then taking the vehicle home that night. Our sales guy was Dale Scotton and he was so great with answering all my questions, and with talking with my 6 year old daughter. She adored him! Dustin and Nikki in finance were amazing with us. Was such a fantastic experience and will definitely be recommending them to everyone who asks. I will definitely be sticking with them from now on. More
