Easy vehicle purchase I was on the hunt for a quality used vehicle, browsing some private sales and a few dealerships. Steve O'Dell found me a great used ride with lots of I was on the hunt for a quality used vehicle, browsing some private sales and a few dealerships. Steve O'Dell found me a great used ride with lots of warranty left and within my budget at one of GP Auto Groups other locations. It was nice to not have to look at many dealerships, as Steve has access to vehicles within all of the GP Auto Group dealerships. I had many questions about what the warranty still covered, history of the vehicle etc, and he was able to reassure me I was buying a quality used vehicle with warranty backing behind it. I'm probably not the easiest customer as I ask many questions before deciding on a purchase, but Steve was patient and able to answer all my questions. The dealership we went to even through in a few little extras I had requested in negotiating the vehicle purchase. This is our second vehicle purchase with Steve and he was able to find the right vehicle for our needs each time. He made the whole experience feel comfortable, and recognized and met all my needs. He knew from past experiences I was leery about the financial aspects of it all, and made sure the lady working the financial part of the deal understood this and walked me through it carefully.
